How it works
- Order and complete intake. Email 6–10 selfies per person to hello@studiograde.co — varied angles and light, no sunglasses — plus your style choice.
- Selfie quality gate. The set is checked before generation. If it cannot produce a faithful likeness, you will be told so and asked for better photos — or refunded. A stranger's face is never shipped as if it were you.
- Generation and curation. A large batch is generated, then curated down to your tier count — likeness fidelity first, flattery second.
- Retouch and consistency pass. Retouching plus a background and style consistency pass across the pack.
- Delivery. Full-resolution finished files by email or download link, within 24 hours.
Turnaround — the clock
24 hours for every tier, counted from a completed intake whose selfies pass the quality gate. If your selfies do not pass, the clock does not start — you will be asked for new photos or offered a refund instead.
AI disclosure — plain and upfront
StudioGrade headshots are AI-generated from your selfies. They are not photographs taken in a studio, and they are not presented as such anywhere on this page or in the listing.
Headshots are only ever made of the buyer themselves. Never of third parties, and never of public figures.
What's NOT included
- Headshots of anyone other than the buyer themselves — no third parties, no public figures.
- For Team: anyone whose written consent confirmation you have not provided.
- Photography sessions, in-person shoots, or non-AI retouching of existing studio photos.
- Any promise that a headshot will produce a job, interview, listing, or any other outcome.
- Shipping a likeness that does not look like you — if the selfies cannot support one, the order is re-requested or refunded instead.
Refund / cancel terms
Payment is upfront. Full refund before work starts. Once work has started, refunds are case by case: refunds under $50 are automatic on request; $50 or more are reviewed before approval. No refunds for outcomes we never promised — jobs, interviews, or profile results are never promised. If your selfies cannot produce a faithful likeness and suitable replacements cannot be provided, you will be refunded rather than shipped a stranger's face.
